Austin-roasted Flat Track coffee from San Ignacio, Peru is full of dynamic flavor that is making me dread running out of these beans. It really has been quite a year for Peruvian coffee, which is not an origin that has typically been known for top tier arabica beans . This past year, some of the most flavorful and memorable coffees I have tried have been from Peru. This coffee in particular has a nutty and earthy flavors which are contrasted by a tart blackberry aftertaste. Coffees like this one make me really excited to explore more local Texas roasters.
