So far this year I have really been enjoying Guatemalan coffees, which have been extremely flavorful. Alchemy’s Guatemalan coffee, El Socorro, was one I had the opportunity to pick up when I was in London. Now, it has remained one of my favorite coffees. El Socorro was definitely best brewed on the Chemex, which brought out it’s sweetness and fruity flavor. A warm cup of this coffee added an extra kick to my mornings and kept me wanting to drink more. This bag of beans did not last me long!
