Now that Barista Parlor is serving their own coffee, I decided in honor of National Cold Brew day yesterday it was time to try their take on this drink. As usual, Barista Parlor did not disappoint. This was another cold brew that did not compromise flavor or quality. This cold brew was not fruity or sweet, but more bold and I really enjoyed having that strong flavor in a cold coffee drink. For me, the ice cubes used in a cold brew are very important and I was impressed with Barista Parlor’s. They were perfect cubes and pretty dense, not melting much in my drink or watering it down. These perfectly shaped cubes also added to the aesthetic appeal of the cold brew along with the cool glass that are a signature for Barista Parlor iced drinks.
