Barista Parlor started roasting their own coffee pretty recently.  In the past year they have included it on their menu along with other well-known roasters like Verve, Intelligentsia, Stumptown, and others. As of two weeks ago, Barista Parlor has started serving exclusively their own coffee. While it’s sad to lose a place where customers had so many great roasters at their disposal, it’s also very exciting for Barista Parlor to be implementing this change.  The local coffee chain has consistently been ranked one of the best coffee chops in the U.S. and has shown tremendous growth in very little time. I’m excited to keep tasting some new coffees Barista Parlor has roasted since the ones I have tried so far have been amazing.
