Flor Café was a tiny spot in the center of São Paulo that had very nice outdoor seating. It is located perfectly where the sun is setting for a nice view as you drink your coffee. Here I had the strongest cafe com leite I’ve encountered in Brazil.  The coffee was decent, but nothing special.  Unfortunately, that area of the city does not have many places to get coffee, so if you are in the center, it may be your only option.
